Client-Server Application

The client is installed by the user on a local computer and will connect to a central server and database. The client is designed to be used by Projectmanagers and PMO. The Server is located on the central Internet (or in case prefered delivered as 'on premises solution'). Similar for the database. Database and Server can be located on different locations and Hardware if and only if an appropriate (secured) connection is available.

Client

The user will download and install the client installer from the portal. Take care for sufficient installation rights. For the client a windows PC is suitable. Approx 200 Mb diskspace is needed. Also an internetconnection is necessary. The client can run on Macbooks however at this moment no installer for Macbooks is available.

Server

The central server is by default located in the cloud. On premises is possible, however this requires additional connectivity work for the customer itself (connectivity between the clients and the server, between the server and the database, between the server and the portal). This solution is only available in the 'special' product.

Configurations

The configuration is prepared according the product (see pricing plan). Remaining specific configurations will be done by the user in the client and/or portal. In case the 'special' product is ordered, we will help in all configurations; where the customer will deliver batches of information in any to be agreed upfront format.

Security

Security is important for us! We have a lot of security policies in place. We use user Sessions, specific login-rules, password rules, secured lines and connections. Protection againt attacks, auditing and robust logging, practive stringent user account management. We keep database and server software up-to-date. Encrypt sensitive data in the application, in transit and at rest. No data is stored local, neither for the Portal as for the Client.
